Behind all the commotion, the association Minute Papillon whose goal is to bring art and design to everyone, not just a privileged few. The willingness of the association is to create and develop events to promote exchanges, whether between artists, but also with the public. That is why, over three days, four settlements were opened to the public, having been refurbished by artists and designers present.
